Ingredients
1.2 cup Wholly Avocado 100% chunky Avocado Cup3.0 cup, sliced Zucchini0.5 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added)2.0 tsp Curry powder0.5 tsp blackening seasoning0.25 tsp Salt6.0 fl oz Water, tap
Directions
Spiralize zucchini into "noodles". Blend all other ingredients, adding water until sauce is desired consistency. Toss zoodles in sauce and serve.
