Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
*Salad*1 large head cabbage, Shredded1 green peper, finely cut1 large onion, sliced into rings1 cup sugar*Dressing*1 Tbsp sugar1 cup vinegar1 tsp salt1 tsp dry mustard3/4 cup salad oil(I substituted a mixture of 3/8c olive oil & 3/8c veg. oil for the salad oil)
Directions
*Mix Salad ingredients
*Combine dressing ingredients and heat
*Pour hot dressing over cabbage and weigh down w/ a plate, Refrigerate
*Turn mixture after 3 hours
*Enjoy!
Salad stays fresh for 2 weeks in refrigerator! ;)
