Flossie's Blueberry Scones

3/4 cup evaporated milk1/2 tsp ground Nutmeg1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 cup butter, cut into chunks 1 cup fresh blueberries2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 2 cups all-purpose flour2 tsp Lemon Juice3 tbsp Granulated Sugar
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray, or use parchment paper. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter until resembles coarse meal. Add lemon juice to milk. Add milk and blueberries to bowl and mix until combined. Gather dough into ball and knead lightly on floured board. Roll dough to 3/4 inch thick slab. Cut into 8 pieces and place on cookie sheet. Bake about 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Place on cooling rack.
