1.5 lbs Ground Beef (extra lean) 1 onion1 green bell pepper1 large can diced tomatoes 1 can tomato soup1 can chick peas2-3 cans kidney beans3 tbsp Chili powder Green onions1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground) 3 tbsp Chili Sauce2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 cup water
Cook beef, onions, peppers and green onions. Add remaining ingredients. Heat on stovetop.
