Ingredients
2.0 cup White Rice, short grain, cooked32.0 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef2.0 cup Green Giant Riced Veggies Cauliflower & Sweet Potato8.0 serving Bird's Eye Frozen Chopped Spinach8.0 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)3.0 tbsp *Spirulina Powder
Directions
Cook the rice then add to a large mixing bowl. Cook the meat with the veggies until mostly cooked through. Mix the meat and veggies with the rice then add the raw unsweetened shredded coconut and spirulina powder. Mix well and refrigerate for 5-7 days.

Serving Size: 1-2 cups per day depending on age, weight, and activity level
