Ingredients
.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 1.5 cup, diced Celery, cooked 10 spear, small (5" long or less) Asparagus, fresh 2 cup, sliced Zucchini 1.5 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 4 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 1.5 cup Hunt's Diced Tomatoes 1 serving McCormick Produce Partners Roasted Italian Herb Potatoes Seasoning (2 tsp dry mix [6g] seasons 1/2c (by KIRSTYRE)
Directions
Cook chicken in pressure cooker for 10 minutes. Sauteed onions garlic in a little olive oil. Add all vegetables to pressure cooker and cook 12 more minutes. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
