Lemon Blueberry Bread

Ingredients
.33 cup Butter, unsalted 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 lemon yields Lemon Juice 8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable .66 cup Granulated Sugar 1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt 1 cup Blueberries, fresh
Directions
- beat butter, sugar, add eggs, zest and juice from 1 lemon
- mix in flour, baking powder, salt
- fold in blueberries
- pour in greased 8"x4" loaf pan
- bake 350 for 60-65 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
