Jeanne's Favorite Potato Salad

Ingredients
6.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw2.0 cup, diced Celery, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)10.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
Directions
Boil potatoes until fork tender. Cool. Slice potatoes, add chopped onions and celery, mayo and vinegar. Stir gently. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
