Yummy. I used fresh peas from the garden, and a microwaved carrot instead of the spinach. - 6/18/09

I may be dumb, but I'm a southern gal (think fried everything and gravies! Yum). What exactly is Kimchi?

I've tasted this before at my friend's house and it's wonderful if you love Kimchi. If you are concerned about the sodium, I would suggest substituting the soy sauce for a low sodium version and use PAM cooking spray with just 1 TBS of Sesame oil. You sill want the sesame for the flavor...:) - 8/4/08
