Modified Stuffed Cabbage

Ingredients
8 leaf Cabbage, fresh 1 cup Birds eye riced Califlower (by RTUCKER7) 16 oz Ground beef, lean 1 can (10.75 oz) Tomato Soup 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 3 tbsp Flax Seed - Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed
Directions
Steam riced cauliflower as package instructs. Mix beef, cauliflower, egg, onion, salt, pepper, flax, and two tbps of tomato soup. Steam or lightly boil cabbage leaves to soften. Stuff each one with about an 1/8th of the mix. Put in pan and cover with rest of soup. Simmer.
