3 clove Garlic .25 tsp Pepper, black 4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 1.5 fl oz Orange Juice 1.5 fl oz Lemon Juice .5 tsp Rosemary, dried
Mince garlic and mix all ingredients together. Pour over 1.5 - 2.5 lbs of flap, sirloin, skirt, etc steak and marinade for 1-2 hours before grilling
