Ingredients
9 serving Mission whole wheat tortillas, medium (45g) 16 oz Kroger lean low fat Ground Beef (by RTUCKER7) 1 cup Old el Paso Refried Beans - Fat Free 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 1 cup Cheese: Mexican Style Blend/4 Cheeses (Kroger) 2 cup Salsa 3 serving Taco Seasoning
Directions
brown beef and pour off fat. add onions, beans, spices, corn, 1 cup salsa, and cook on stove. layer 3 tortillas on the bottom of a casserole; sprinkle cheese, create another layer, top with 3 tortillas. pour second cup of salsa verde over the top, sprinkle remaining cheese. bake 1 hour.
