3 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup .3 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 stick Butter, salted 4 oz Cream Cheese 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 oz Walnuts
Swerve not listened in ingredients for carb calculation.
Soften cream cheese in microwave. Stir in heavy cream and 2 T swerve. Set aside.
In mixing bowl melt butter in microwave.
Mixin 3/4 C confectioners swerve and cocoa powder.
Beat eggs and add along with almond flour.
Cut parchment to fit pan and place on counter. Spoon most of mixture onto parchment and spread evenly. Transfer to pan .
Spread cream cheese mixture over chocolate mixture.
Plop spoonfuls of saved chocolate mixture and swirl with fork.
Bake 350 for 25 to 30 mins. Cool Completely before cutting into 16 squares.
