Garlic and Spinach Stuffed Chicken

- 2 Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless)- 1/2 Cup Frozen Spinach- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced- pinch Cumin- pinch Cajun Seasoning- pinch Ground Cayenne Pepper- pinch Onion Powder- pinch Pepper- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil*Makes 4 Servings*
-Mince Garlic
-Cut breasts into halves (making 4 pieces total)
-In a pan, cook Chicken on a low setting
-In a separate pan sautee garlic and spinach in oil and seasonings
-When chicken is cooked thoroughly cut a pocket in each breast. Insert garlic and spinach mixture into the pockets.
-Serve hot
