Ingredients
2.5 cup Lentils (cooked) - plain, no salt (1 cup cooked) 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 6 clove Garlic .5 cup, chopped Walnuts .5 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt .5 cup Chickpea Flour (Garbanzo Bean Flour) 60 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 4 large Egg white, fresh 28 grams Tomato Paste 6 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 3 tsp Oregano, ground 3 tsp Thyme, ground
Directions
Chop carrots and onions, then put all ingredients in a bowl and mix, add a little more flour or a bit of water if it seems necessary. If you have time, refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes which also helps dry out some of the moisture.

To cook, start by warming olive oil over medium-heat in a skillet for atleast five minutes. Cook about 5 or 6 minutes on each side. It helps to push the patties against the sides of the pan to be sure the sides are cooked.
