1.5 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats)1.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted0.12 dash Salt0.25 tsp Baking Soda0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Blend oats, salt, and baking soda until almost fine, and hot water and melted butter and mix with dough hook until a sticky dough. Separate dough into to balls then roll out into 1/4 inch thick patties. Spray griddle pan with spray olive oil and cook patties until golden. Cut patties into quarters. 1 quarter of a patty is 1 serving.
