1 1/2 cups full fat Greek yogurt (I like Fage or Chobani)1/4 cup regular mayonnaise1 clove garlic, minced2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat leaf parsley1 scallion, white part finely chopped2 small dill pickles (about 2 inches long), finely chopped2 teaspoons dill pickle juice (optional)1/4 teaspoon salt (optional - not needed if you use the pickle juice)1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate at least several hours to meld flavors.
