Quick Creamy Rice

Ingredients
3c Instant Rice (I used white, brown works great too)1/2c Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup1/2c Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth2.5tbsp Reduced fat or No fat cream Cheese1/4 of 10oz package of Frozen Spinach1tbsp Garlic Powder1/2 tbsp ParsleySalt & Pepper (to taste)
Directions
Put rice into a microwave safe bowl and add chicken broth until the rice is just barely covered. Cook in microwave for 2 minutes or until broth is absorbed by the broth.
Let sit for 1 minute. Then, add the cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt & pepper to taste
Stir until all ingredients are combined & cream cheese is melted into the rice
