Ingredients
880 grams Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 235 grams great value cheddar cheese marble light 1.66 cup hunts tomato sauce no salt added .75 cup Campbell's no salt added chicken broth 4 tbsp Kraft parmesan cheese light 210 grams cooked chicken breast
Directions
Slice 4 peppers in half and clean out the seeds. Set aside. In bowl mix most of the shredded cheese, tomato sauce and whatever spices you like. Divide mixture between pepper halves. Top with remaining cheese. Put peppers in large sided pan. put broth in the pan surrounding the peppers. It will allow the peppers to steam. Cover pan with foil and cook about 1 hour on 350 degrees. Once done, sprinkle with parmesan.
