Ingredients
1 serving Coach's Oats 20 gram melaleuca proflex 20 protein powder chocolate (by RWHEELS84) 1 cup Kirkland Frozen Mixed Berries 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
Directions
Combine oats, berries, flax and 2/3 cup water and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir in protein powder and cinnamon while hot. Enjoy!
