Ingredients
.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Sumac or sumaq, ground 2 Tbsp Honey 180 ml /3/4 Cup Alpro almond milk, low sugar low fat 2 oz V8 V.Fusion Juice, Peach Mango 1 cup Kefir, Lifeway Lowfat Plain Unsweetened 72 gram/ 6Tbsp. Ultimate Chia Life Chia Seed, 1 serving = 1 tbsp (12 grams)
Directions
pulse chia, sumac,cinnamon to a powder , put honey yogurt/kefir juice and milk in a blender add dry ingredients and blend. store in fridge for an our or overnight for breakfast.
