Ingredients
1 cup Flour, whole grain 6 tsp Margarine, soft 0.35 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 0.25 tsp Salt 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.25 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Cut margarine into dry ingredients Add buttermilk Stir ONLY until ingredients are moistened Knead 10 times max Pat onto rectangle and cut into 6 Spread out in small oven pan Bake at 425F for10 minutes Serving Size: Makes 6
