1 cup Flour, whole grain 6 tsp Margarine, soft 0.35 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 0.25 tsp Salt 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.25 tsp Baking Soda
Cut margarine into dry ingredients
Add buttermilk
Stir ONLY until ingredients are moistened
Knead 10 times max
Pat onto rectangle and cut into 6
Spread out in small oven pan
Bake at 425F for10 minutes
