Strawberry Peach Tart

Pint of strawberries1.5 large peaches1 Ready to bake frozen pie crust1/4 cup of sugar2 tablespoons of flour1 tsp of corn starchDash of cinnamon
Each tart is easily cut into 8 pieces.
Preheat oven to 350.
Use non-stick cooking spray on a springform pan.
Allow pie crust to unfreeze for about 15 minutes until it's pliable.
Peel and slice peaches
Halve 1/4 of the pint of strawberries.
Grate 1/4 of the pint of strawberries with 1/2 of a peach.
Add the most of the sugar, all of the cinnamon, flour and cornstarch to the mixture. Mix well.
Pour mixture into the pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Slice remaining strawberries.
After 20 minutes, remove pan from oven and add remaining strawberries and peaches in a nice design. Sprinkle with remaining sugar (about 1tsp).
Cook for another 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool.
Be careful not to burn the edges.
