Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients
16 oz ground turkey1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 medium onions chopped3 large carrots, diced 2 stalk, medium celery, diced1 medium green bell pepper, chopped 4 medium tomatoes, chopped (2 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes)4 clove garlic, minced 1.5 cup chicken broth 11/2 tbsp red chili pepper flakes 1 tsp. dried basil 1 tsp dried oregano 1 bay leaf
Directions
Brown ground turkey in skillet, set aside when browned. Add olive oil to the skillet. When hot, add onion, carrots, celery, bell pepper and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes or until slightly translucent. Add chicken broth and simmer until reduced by half. Add browned ground turkey, bay leaf, chili flakes, salt and pepper and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over whole wheat pasta or zoodles.
