Low Fat Zucchini Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup Flour, white1 cup Whole Wheat Flour1 Tbs. Baking Powder0.25 tsp. Salt0.25 tsp. Nutmeg, ground0.5 cup sugar1 cup shredded Zucchini1 Tbs. lemon zest2 Tbs. Yogurt, plain, low fat2 egg whites0.75 cup Milk, nonfat
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine dry ingredients in one bowl. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl.

Make a well in dry ingredients and pour in wet. Stir until just moist. Spoon into muffin cups (12). Bake for ~20 minutes.
