Lemon Zucchini Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup wheat flour1/2 cup white flour1 Tbsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. nutmeg1 lg. egg3 Tbsp. canola oil1/3 cup honey1/2 cup nonfat milk1/2 cup nonfat yogurt1 cup firmly packed shredded zucchini1 Tbsp. lemon zest
Directions
Combine dry ingredients and set aside. In a another bowl combine wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Grease muffin tin and fill 2/3 full with batter. Bake for 25-30 min. in an oven preheated to 375'
