Purple Cabbage Saute

1 small head of red cabbage, choppped1 smal onion, chopped2 tsp garlic, chopped1 tbs unsalted butter1 tsp lawry's seasoned salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 cup water
In a large saute pan melt the butter.
Add in the chopped onion, chopped garlic, and chopped cabbage.
Add in the salt and pepper.
Saute on high for a few minutes to get things going.
Add the water.
Cover and reduce heat to medium.
Cook for about 30 minutes or until the cabbage is tender.
Makes 4 servings.
