Ingredients
Ingredients: 4 oz 99% fat free ground turkeyNo Salt added Pathmark Tomatoe sauce, 0.25 cup (divided)White Rice, short grain, .5 cup (cooked)Garlic, 1 clove (minced)Mrs Dash, 0.25 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (i use fresh ground)Basil, 2 tbsp Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (dried)*Egg white, 2 serving
Directions
Boil rice, minch garlic, dry and chop spinach. Then mix all ingredients but only use half the tomatoe sauce. The rice will keep the meat together so you don't need extra calories by using bread crumbs. Make into a patty and put in baking dish with a little water, I pour the reminder on the tomatoe sauce on top of meatloaf before putting lid on and in the oven at 350 degrees for an hour or so, Keep checking meat because it is turkey wich can dry out faster the red meat. Makes 2 hearty pieces.
