Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour2 cups of water1 egg1 tbsp of baking powder1 tsp vanilla1/2 cup of old fashioned Oatmeal1 tsp cloves1 tsp nutmeg1 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
mix dry ingredients , mix wet ingredients , mix together should be thin , pour 1/4 cup of batter on hot griddle and cook makes about 10 pancakes

    Very bland. I halved the recipe and used egg beaters and got six pancakes out of the batter. Maybe using 1/2 regular, 1/2 ww flour next time and increasing the vanilla would help with flavoring? - 8/1/09
