Beans, red kidney, 2 cup Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped Garlic, 4 clove Ginger Root, 10 slices (1" dia) *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) *Cumin seed, 1 tsp Cloves - 3 pcsCinnamon - 1/2"Turmeric, ground, .5 tbsp *Coriander seed powdwered, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Chili powder, 1 tsp
Soak kidney beans over night or 5-6 hours. Boil it with water untill beans are cooked. Set aside. In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil add cumin,clove and cinnamon when cumin stops splattaring add chopped onion, galic and ginger when onion is transclusant add tomato paste Then put all spices and salt as needed. add kidney beans to your onions and adjust the water to your liking. Let it boil for 5 mins.
