Roasting Chicken, 1 chicken, bone and skin removed (remove)Sherry, dry, 3 fl. oz (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)*Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), 1 cup (remove)Milk, 2%, 2 cup (remove)*Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)Asparagus, fresh, 20 spear, small (5" long or less) (remove)
Shred the chicken in pieces. Saute onion until tender then add the chicken, sherry wine and mushroom soup. Cook until flavors blend.
