Almond Soy Chai

3 cups water1 tsp fennel seeds5 green cardamom pods (bashed to open up a little)4 whole cloves3 plain black tea bags1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)1 1/2 cups soy milk (unsweetened, unflavoured)2 tbsp. raw honey
Combine water, spices and tea bags in pot on medium heat. Heat for about 5 minutes or so, until steaming and add milks and honey. Heat for about 10 minutes or more until hot but not boiling. (I usually set the whole thing on the stove on med-low and head for the shower, then add the milks after and just heat through.)
Pour through strainer into cups. Serves 4.
