italian tilapia dish

Ingredients
7 tilapia filets2 cups brown rice2 cups italian diced tomatoes1 chopped zucchini1 chopped yellow pepper1/2 chopped red pepper1/2 cup low fat chicken broth1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Stir the rice, tomatoes, zucchini, yellow and red pepper, chicken broth in a pan that goes in the oven. Put tilapia filets over this mixture and cover. Cook for 30 minutes at 375' then add cheddar cheese and cook an extra 15 minutes.

Serve and enjoy.
