Ingredients

Directions
Finely slice potaotes, and combine with onions and cheese. Arrange in casserole dish. In saucepan melt butter and stir in flour until evenly mixed. Add milk slowly, half a cup at a time. Heat until boiling. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 325 for 60 min.
