Ingredients
4 4-oz beef cubed steaks2 TBS margarine or butter1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms1/2 cup chopped onion1 clove garlic, minced1 TBS paprika1/4 tsp pepper1 cup beef broth1/2 cup plain yogurt2 TBS all-purpose flour
Directions
cook steaks in hot margarine or butter over med-high heat for 5-8 min. remove from heat, leaving drippings in skillet. for sauce, cook mushrooms, onion, garlic, paprika, pepper in drippings intil mushrooms are tender. stir yogurt and flour together, cook and stir over med heat till thickened and bubbly. cook and stir 1 min more. return steaks to skellet with sauce. heat through. server over noodles or mashed potatoes.
