Ingredients
2 Medium Potatoes2 Celery Stocks Chopped1/2 C. Scallions Chopped1/2 Block Firm Tofu Cubed3 tbs. Dill Pickle Relish1 tbs. Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese1 tbs. Follow Your Heart Vegenaise1 tsp. Mustard4 strips Lightlife Smart Bacon
Directions
Add peeled and cubed potatoes to pot with enough water to cover, bring to a boil and cook about 10 minutes, or until tender but not mushy.

In a large bowl combine vegenaise and vegan cream cheese, when mixed add hot potatoes, stir gently until coated add remaining ingredients and salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste...

Let cool in refrigerator. and enjoy..
