Easy Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper2 TBSP Soy Sauce1 tsp (or more to taste) minced garlic1 serving instant white rice
Directions
Begin to boil the water for the rice. In the meantime, cut the chicken breast into bite sized pieces. Place chicken and garlic in a small non-stick pan and heat over medium heat until done. Once water boils, prepare rice as directed and let sit until chicken & veggies done.
Add onion & green pepper to chicken/garlic. Saute until tender. Add rice & soy sauce and saute for about 2 - 5 minutes.

Makes 1 serving.
