This was a very tasty coleslaw! the only change I made was agave instead of the artificial sweeteners. Very tasty! - 1/7/09

Yeh!! Finally - a recipe for ONE SERVING. Why do people always assume that if you have a weight problem you must be cooking for a big family? All the recipes for 6 to 10 servings are pointless because if you are only 1 or 2 people in the household what should you do with the leftovers? - 6/30/09
