Turkey Ham Casserole

6 oz Spiral Pasta2 tbsp Butter2 tbsp Flour1/2 tsp Mustard1/4 tps Black Pepper2 cups Non-fat Milk1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese2 cups (16oz) Diced Turkey Ham
Preheat oven to 350°.
Cook pasta following package directions; drain.
Cook cauliflower just until tender.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter; blend in flour, salt, prepared mustard, and pepper. Stir until smooth and bubbly. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened; remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
In an 8-inch square baking dish, arrange noodles and ham; pour cheese sauce over all. Arrange the cauliflower over the top, pressing down a bit.
Bake ham casserole for about 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Ham casserole serves 4.
