Salsa Roasted Chicken

Ingredients
Kirkland Perdue Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless, 8 oz 1 plum tomato, roughly choppedOnions, raw, 1/2 and roughly choppedGarlic, 1 clove Cider Vinegar, 1 tsp Chili powder, 1/2 tsp ground Cumin, 1/4 tsp Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper roughly choppedSalt, 1/4 tsp Hot Sauce, 2-3 dashes
Directions
1. Preheat to 400 degrees farenheit


2. Place tomato, onion, garlic, jalepeno, vinegar, chili powder, cumin, salt, and hot sauce to taste in a food processor; process until finely chopped.


3. Place chicken in a medium roasting pan; spoon salsa on top. Roast until chicken is cooked through 15 - 20 minutes.
