Ingredients
1 eggbeater any kind1/2 C bread crumbs any kind4 tb. ketchup any kind1/2 C onions chopped fine16 oz. ground sirloin 10% fatsalt & pepper to taste2 cloves garlic grated
Directions
Makes six servings Bake at 350
Into a medium size bowl add ground beef and all other ingredients. Mix well shape into oval loaf in 8" pan. make 2 indentions across loaf on an angle fill with ketchup.
Instead of adding ketchup you can use cream of muchroom soup, barbeque sauce, or anything you would like.

    This is almost exactly how I made mine tonight but I added shopped celery to it and a little mustard...then topped it with ketchup across the top and some grated sharp cheese (optional on that one) I like the ground sirloin.... - 9/15/13
