Ingredients
1-lb dry navy beans sorted and washed1-ham steak3-15oz cans tomatoes1-cup onion chopped2-stalks-celery chopped1-carrot shredded1-15oz can white corn[i use shoepeg]1/2 pkg annies flat dumplings[i use homemade] to be added after beans are done
Directions
in 5qt pot fill 1/2 with water salt and pepper to taste add beans,onion,carrot,celery,tomato cook for approx 1 hr add corn cook until beans are done add dumpling for per pkg
you can add ham
