Chili-Lime Southwestern Vinaigrette

Ingredients
juice of 1 lime1/4c canola oil1/4c rice vinegar2T water2t honey1t chili powder1/2t garlic powder1/2t oregano1/2t salt1/2t black pepper1/8t cayenne (or more)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a jar or cruet and shake well. Allow to stand for at least 30 minutes. Shake well before serving. Makes 6-8 servings.

Serve over a salad of shredded lettuce, black beans, sweet corn, shredded leftover chicken breast and salsa.
