1 large can diced tomatoes, drained1 can white beans with juice2 tsp olive oil2 tbsp grated orange peel2 cloves fresh garlic1 tsp oregano2 tsp basil1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 small diced onion1 tbsp capers
In a blender, puree all ingredients except diced onion and capers, heat to a soft boil in a sauce pan, add onions and capers and simmer for 5 min. serve hot
