Ingredients
1 Light English Muffin1 Serving Natural Turkey Breast Lunch Meat1 Tbl Salsa1/4 cup egg beaterspinch of pepper
Directions
1. Pop the english muffin into your toaster at desired setting!

2. Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray and cook (to scrambled) 1/4c of egg beaters with pepper to taste.

3. lay turkey onto toasted muffin half.

4. Top with cooked egg and salsa and the other muffin half.

Makes 1 serving.
