Cilantro Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
1 C Sour Cream2 TBS light mayo3 Tomatillos,hulled and washed1/3 C cilantro,chopped and stems removed1 packet of Ranch Salad dressing mix
Directions

Blend all ingredients in blender and chill for an hour.
Serve over salad, (my favorite is over lime rice, beans and romaine lettuce, avocados, and tomatoes). Also could be used as a veggie dip.
