Egg, fresh, 1 large Spinach, fresh, 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, sharp, 2 oz Oscar Mayer Ham, 1 serving Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole Onions, dehydrated flakes, .5 tbsp *Sara Lee Delightful Whole Wheat Bread (2 slices)
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl scramble one egg. Add dehydrated onion flakes. Chop spinach, ham, tomatoes and cheese add to egg, mixing after each addition.
Lightly spray the bottom of a baking dish with oil or cooking spray and place the bread so it covers the bottom of the dish.
Top with the firttata mix and spread evenly over the bread.
Bake the frittata until it begins to brown around the edges. Remove from oven, slice, and serve.
