Low Carb Cheesecake Mousse

Ingredients
8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened 1 cup light cream1 (1/3 ounce) box sugar-free jello-any flavor1/2 cup boiling water
Directions
1 Melt sugar free jello (any flavor) in boiling water.
2 Stir well to dissolve and cool slightly.
3 Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and stir in cooled jello.
4 Lightly fold in heavy cream until well mixed.
5 Pour into serving dishes and put in fridge to chill at least 3 hours.

    Easy to make but my consistency was off. Next time I need to let the jello cool and use a blender to get the lumps out. Also my cream cheese had been previously frozen. - 1/8/15
