1 lb 93% ff ground beef1/3 C skim evaporated milk1/2 C dry bread crumbs1 tsp garlic salt1/2 tsp oregano or Italian seasoning6 oz can tomato paste, regular or Italian4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained1 C 2% grated cheddar cheese2 tsp parmesan cheese.
Combine ground beef, milk, bread crumbs, garlic salt and oregano. Press mixture into a pie plate, pressing up the sides to form a "crust". Spread tomato paste on pie, then the sliced mushrooms. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Add cheddar cheese and bake 10-minutes more, until done. Sprinkle with parmesan chees and serve hot.
