Mexican Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey.5 cup oatmeal.75 cup dry stuffing mix2 eggs1 cup onion, chopped.5 pkg taco seasoning mix4 oz black olives, sliced.5 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
Directions
Combine ingredients. Place one twelth of the mixture in each of the 12 muffin tin cups. Bake at 375 for 35 - 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm.
